RECOGNIZED BY:
Okinawan Shorin-Ryu by Master Watanabe
I started martial arts in 1978 and from my first class, I knew that I would have my own school someday and that I would be teaching full time.
I have 12 schools under my supervision. Today I operate 7 schools which is sufficiently large enough to provide a quality program and service to my students.
In my teaching of Karate, I transmit my philosophy to my students - discipline, respect of others and the importance of a good education.
I believe that martial arts are for everyone as everyone gets what they want out of it. This is one of the reasons why I am delighted with the results obtained with physically handicapped as well as intellectually handicapped students: the respect and discipline that exist in my schools create an accepting atmosphere with total integration in the groups.
As co-founder of New World Martial Arts (N.W.M.A.), my goal is to bring this organization to be the most prestigious organization in the world.
